I came to Ruth in November of 2001. I had been having constant bouts with Pneumonia and Bronchitis for 2 years, and my allergist & Pulmonary Specialist had give up on me. They said my immune system had bottomed out. In the past
I had 23 years of treatment.

Naturally (with natural products), I have regained my sense of smell, taste,
have experienced no food reactions, and am able to breathe through my nose. I have clear lungs, with no more Pneumonia and Bronchitis.

I felt that you should know that Nutritional Counseling helps even with chronic illnesses like Sarcoidosis. A friend of mine in Croatia (Ex-Yugo-Slavia) was previously treated by traditional medicine (steroids). He was treated for 3 years and with no positive results.

II haven't seen Ruth in over 20 years and she suggested after my Nutritional Counseling that I try Light Therapy since my yeast levels were at 500 (less than 6 is normal). I tried the machine and I felt wonderful. I had a headache and my feet were cold to start. At the end my headache went away and my feet were warm. Ruth retested me and my yeast count went down to 60.

Also, I saved money by not needing some of the herbs she recommended before the Light Therapy. Try it!

My sister Kimmie was suffering from a debilitating earache. After anti-biotic therapy, as well as carbolic acid treatment she was still suffering. Ruth "candled" her ears. It was amazing to see the wax and debris that collected in your ears! After one treatment Kimmie's earache was Gone. She is so pleased that she is coming back for other aches, pains and uncomfortable body issues.

I have Endometriosis as well as Fibromyalgia, two severely debilitating illnesses.
