We understand how difficult it is to choose the right therapy treatments. This consultation with one of our Therapists will help you make informed decisions about which treatments would be the most beneficial for your primary concern (pain relief, etc) based on medical history and more. We encourage you to ask all of the questions you'd like. Services recommended may range from Physical Therapy to Nutritional Counseling. The more informed you are about your treatment options, the faster you can return to full health.

Upon arrival, we ask that you fill out a Patient History form so that we may better grasp your full history of illness and/or concerns. An exam may be booked online, in-person, or by phone.
