The INT Therapy Center has a wide range of opportunities for people with certified and licensed backgrounds pertaining to health, wellness and skin care. We offer our employees opportunities within a dynamic, intellectually stimulating environment of education, research, and patient care.

As our clinic continues to grow, employment opportunities and advancement are more readily available to employees.

New employees are required to attend a New Employee Orientation. This provides an introduction to the INT Therapy Center and meets our compliance program requirements.

 

PLEASE NOTE: All health care professionals, skin care specialists, or massage therapist applicants must either have or obtain an occupational license once employed, in accordance with Florida Law.

What Happens When I Apply for a Job?
If you apply with a hard copy resume you must be manually processed. This process can take up to 2 days once the resume and/or application has been received.

Applications are screened by the clinic's Hiring Manager in accordance with employment laws & regulations. Applicants who do not indicate on the application that he or she possesses the minimum qualifications (including any “Special Qualifications”) for the position, as stated on the Requirements section, are eliminated from consideration.

Applications for consideration are forwarded to a Clinic Administrator for review. The Clinic Administrator, in collaboration with the Hiring Manager, determine which applicants will be interviewed. Interviews are then scheduled.

Interviews
At the time of an interview, applicants are required to complete an employment application if not done beforehand, and a reference release form. These must be received by the Clinic Manager as soon as possible.

A reference check will be conducted on all candidates considered for hire. All candidates will then be notified within 5-7 business days of any decision made. If for some reason you do not hear back from us within this time-frame, please feel free to call us and inquire. Employment will begin on the date posted on the availability page, unless instructed otherwise.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Any job openings that are posted will list the qualifications under "Openings" section. This section outlines the education, experience, and skills that we are looking for in an applicant.

Please note whether the qualifications indicate required or preferred.

For example, if the position requires a bachelor's degree and three years of experience, then your education and experience must meet those minimum requirements. If the qualifications state an associate's degree is required and a bachelor's degree is preferred, then you must have the required associate's degree, but it isn't necessary that you have the bachelor's degree in order to qualify for the position.

Description

This position is offered by our spa subsidiary company "Les Elements." The spa is located inside of our clinic. We currently provide 3-4 treatment rooms for massage. Therapist will need to have experience in performing Relaxation and Therapeutic Massage on both women and men. Spa experience preferred but not necessary. Should you wish to bring your own clientele base to our clinic/spa we charge a room rental fee of $15 per client, although this fee may lower depending on terms of agreement with spa owners. Position Hours

Part Time / On Call

 

This position is on call and therapist will need to be flexible, and available on Saturdays if needed. Our typical business hours are Tues and Thurs, 10am-6pm and Mon, Wed, Fri, 10am-7pm. We understand many therapists work at several spas or clinics, so therapist will be required to check in each week by phone and relay her/his schedule for the coming week, so we may schedule appointments accordingly.

 

 

Salary/Wages

Weekly pay. Wages are based on type of service and retail amount and include tips. Taxes may be deducted by request.

 

1/2 hr Relaxational: $20, 1hr Relaxational: $30, 1/2 hr Therapeutic: $25, 1 hour Therapeutic: $35, 1hr Deep Tissue: $35
